The Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Course is an autonomous scientific society under the Indian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The organization is headquartered in New Delhi with its centres located all over the country, including Aurangabad, Calicut, Gorakhpur, Imphal, Jammu, Srinagar, Tezpur, Guwahati, Aizawl, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Shimla and Kohima.

DOEACC is involved in training, consulting, product development, and human resource development in information, electronics & communication technologies. The organization is also responsible for conducting courses at various levels like 'O', 'A', 'B' and 'C'.

  • 'O' Level - It is the foundation course composed of four papers.
  • 'A' Level - It is Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications composed of ten papers
  • 'B' Level - The level is equivalent to Master of Computer Applications (MCA), though the degree provided is called Master's Diploma in Computer Applications. For student appearing after 'A' level have to clear fifteen papers for this level, as compared to the students who appear directly to this level required to clear twenty-five.
  • 'C' Level - It is equivalent to M.Tech


Course on Computer Concept (CCC)
CCC is a certificate course designed to impart basic knowledge of computer to the students. After successfully completing this course student can perform basic day to day computing activities: sending mails, viewing information on the Internet, preparing PPT presentation, preparing business letters, etc.

There is no per-requisite qualifications required for students appearing for this course. An elementary knowledge of English is however expected from the students to undergo this course.
