Centre for Personnel Talent Management - Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is a premier organisation of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), formerly established as Personnel Assessment Centre (PEACE) to cater for DRTC Cadre (Technical Staff) of DRDO.
