What is the Full Form of RDX ?

RDX - Research Department eXplosive or Royal Demolition eXplosive (by Great Britain)

RDX is an explosive nitroamine widely used in military and industrial applications. It is a very insensitive high explosive and considered to be more powerful than TNT. The compound is odourless and so it can not be detected by conventional devices. 

Its chemical name is cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine or can also be called as cyclo-tri-methylene tri-nitramine, 2,4,6 tri-nitro N-methyl aniline, hexogen, T4 and cyclonite.
